Shipping policy
Orders are dispatched daily, Monday to Friday from Sydney NSW, Australia. We use Australia Post standard shipping - you can check Australia Post delivery times here.
- Flat rate standard shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and your location within a Capital City, Major Area or Rurual Area.
- Express Post options are also available for rush orders.
- Free shipping is available for all orders over $80.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification, including a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@furbbuba.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within Australia. However, if you are looking for wholesale orders, drop us an email at hello@furbbuba.com and we can discuss.
