We pride ourselves in creating quality products. If you or your furry friend are unhappy with any of the products you've purchased, please send us an email at - email@example.com
Requests for refunds or exchanges for defective or damaged items must be received within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For all the details see our Refunds & Exchange Policy.
How quickly can I get my product?
We dispatch orders daily, Monday to Friday from Sydney NSW, Australia. We use Australia Post standard shipping – you can check Australia Post delivery times here.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10. Free shipping is available for all orders over $25. See our Shipping Policy for more information.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but we will soon! We currently only ship within Australia. However, drop us an email at email@example.com and we can let you know when we are in your market.
How are your products sustainable?
We are on a mission to create eco-conscious pet products. We pride ourselves in being transparent about our materials – no green washing here! Where possible we us natural materials like wool, cotton and plant based bio-plastics. All with the circular economy in mind. Some products are not possible without plastics – when this is the case we use recycled plastics and give them the best chance of being recyclable by not mixing materials.
Even our logo labels are made of cork-leather our packaging from recycled cardboard.
