How do I return or exchange my product?

We pride ourselves in creating quality products. If you or your furry friend are unhappy with any of the products you've purchased, please send us an email at - hello@furbbuba.com

Requests for refunds or exchanges for defective or damaged items must be received within 14 days of delivery.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. For all the details see our Refunds & Exchange Policy.

 

How quickly can I get my product?

We dispatch orders daily, Monday to Friday from Sydney NSW, Australia. We use Australia Post standard shipping – you can check Australia Post delivery times here.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10. Free shipping is available for all orders over $25. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but we will soon! We currently only ship within Australia. However, drop us an email at hello@furbbuba.com and we can let you know when we are in your market.

 

How are your products sustainable?

We are on a mission to create eco-conscious pet products. We pride ourselves in being transparent about our materials – no green washing here! Where possible we us natural materials like wool, cotton and plant based bio-plastics. All with the circular economy in mind. Some products are not possible without plastics – when this is the case we use recycled plastics and give them the best chance of being recyclable by not mixing materials.

Even our logo labels are made of cork-leather our packaging from recycled cardboard.
