We pride ourselves in creating quality products. If you or your furry friend are unhappy with any of the products you've purchased, please send us an email at hello@furbubba.com with your receipt / order number and explain your concerns. We will be back in touch within 1 business day.

Return Policy
Unless otherwise specified on a particular product, we have a 14-day return policy / cooling-off period, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return request, you can contact us at hello@furbubba.com. If your return is accepted, you will need to return the product to us at your own cost. As the buyer, you are responsible for return postage costs of sending the item to the following address: PO Box 445, Gymea NSW 2227, Australia.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will sen you an email to confirm the refund of your product. If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 working days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@furbubba.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note, some of our products are hand-made. Slight variations of colour and shape are to be expected. No toy is indestructable. Please see care instructions on each of our product pages for more details.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
